Tanning is offered at each of our locations with level 1-3 stand up & lay down bed options with facial tanners. We also sell tanning lotions, glasses, scented wipes, sprays & anything else you need to optimize your tanning experience.

In partnership with NexGen Cryotherapy, our Recovery Room, located inside our Prairie Lea location, features a Whole Body Cryotherapy Chamber as well as Normatech Compression Therapy designed to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation & pain, boost energy & brain function, aid in weight loss, reverse the signs of aging and much more.

Available at each location, our smoothie bars offer a wide variety of completely customizable REAL FRUIT smoothies. Each smoothie is packed with 20g of protein and contains no HFCS, Soy Free, Gluten Free. Plus optional add-ins such as creatine, BCAA's, multivitamins, granola, energy boost and more! perfect for post workout, a quick meal replacement or simply a delicious treat for yourself.

FREE WITH ANY FITNESS MEMBERSHIP. We offer our group exercise classes free of charge to our members. Our wide variety of classes include yoga, beginner yoga, cycling, body sculpt, Zumba, PiYo spin and much more! We also offer FREE babysitting structured around most of our classes.

Having a personal trainer gives you the the extra accountability and instruction you need to meet your fitness goals. Group of one-on-one exercise sessions are provided by personal trainer educated in specific fitness areas including sport specific training, endurance, body toning, pre- & post-natal fitness and more. Being a parent means constant demand on your time, but shouldn't mean sacrificing your well-being. That's we why offer free child care during peak gym hours to give parents a little "me time" and the opportunity to work towards their fitness goals without having to worry about the kids!

Our units include a touch screen monitor with the option to create your personal account to track workouts, set goals and even includes an "interactive running" feature. Also enjoy the various apps that are pre-loaded into all of our cardio equipment, such as NetFlix, Hulu, Watch ESPN, Spotify and many more! 

Separate and from the main floor, this room features T.V.'s, Cardio Equipment, Machines, Free weights and one way windows so you can enjoy your workout in a private & secluded environment. For female members ONLY!

Available at our Prairie Lea location, our dry heat saunas combines high temperatures with limited moisture to create long-lasting health benefits. Regular sauna sessions eliminate toxins, improve your skin, eliminate congestion, and more.
